1.0.1 This standard is formulated to standardize and unify the technical requirements for cold storage design, guide cold storage design, meet food refrigeration technology and hygienic requirements, and achieve the goals of economic rationality, energy conservation, environmental protection, safety and reliability.
1.0.2 This standard applies to subcritical vapor compression direct refrigeration systems that use ammonia, halogenated hydrocarbons and their mixtures, and carbon dioxide as refrigerants and indirect refrigeration systems that use carbon dioxide, brine, etc. as brine. Refrigeration system construction, expansion and renovation of food cold storage.
1.0.3 The design of cold storage should be safe and reliable, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, economical and reasonable, advanced and applicable.
1.0.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the cold storage design should also comply with the requirements of the relevant current national standards.
4.1.1 The selection of cold storage location should comply with the following regulations:
1 Should comply with the requirements of the local master plan;
2 Cold storage using ammonia refrigeration system The warehouse site should be selected on the downwind side of the annual maximum wind direction in the adjacent concentrated residential area;
3 There should be good sanitary conditions around the warehouse site, and harmful gases, smoke, and dust should be avoided and away from and other areas with pollution sources;
4 The location should be selected in an area with convenient transportation based on factors such as logistics flow and short-term and long-term development;
5 Reliable water and power sources should be available and drainage conditions;
6 Areas prone to floods and debris flows and other areas with poor geological conditions should be avoided;
7 The cold storage site should also take into account the special requirements of various types of cold storage.
4.1.2 The general layout of the cold storage shall comply with the following requirements:
1 It shall meet the comprehensive requirements of logistics technology, transportation, management, reasonable layout of equipment pipelines, and fire safety;
p>
2 When a dedicated railway line is set up, the warehouse should be arranged along the dedicated railway line;
3 When a water transport terminal is set up, the warehouse should be arranged close to the water transport terminal;
4 When road transportation is the main method, the warehouse should be arranged close to the main entrance and exit of the cold storage;
5. The cold storage of the production and processing enterprise should be arranged in the clean area of ??the factory, and should be upwind of the maximum frequency wind direction in the polluted area in summer. side;
6 The cold storage of the ammonia refrigeration system in the food wholesale market should be arranged in the storage area and should be arranged separately from the trading area;
7 A weather vane should be installed in a prominent position in the storage area.
4.1.3 The general layout of the cold storage should be a combination of the near and long term, focusing on the near term. Resources such as warehouse land, dedicated railway lines, water transport terminals, equipment pipelines, roads, return yards, etc. should be allocated. Overall planning and reasonable layout should be carried out, and future expansion needs should be taken into consideration.
4.1.4 The general vertical design of the cold storage shall comply with the following requirements:
1. There should be a good rainwater drainage system in the storage area, and the roads and parking lots should have water accumulation and protection measures. Anti-slip technical measures;
2 Open ditches should not be used to discharge sewage around the warehouse.
4.1.5 The main roads in the reservoir area should be paved with concrete or asphalt pavement suitable for vehicle traffic.
