Is it currently possible to remotely control the pulse of a pacemaker?

It is theoretically possible to remotely manage pacemakers or ICDs, and it is true that there have been experiments in which people have successfully extracted and controlled the workings of wireless medical devices, but there are fewer of these devices at present (although wireless management is a trend for the future), and most of them are still ordinary programmable pacemakers, which are more fearful of malfunctions caused by strong electromagnetic fields.
