The working principle of the solenoid valve is to open and close the valve by the action of the electromagnet. When the electromagnet is energized, a certain size of electromagnetic force will be generated, making the valve open; conversely, when the electromagnet is de-energized, the valve will be closed automatically due to the restoring force or elastic force.
The structure of the solenoid valve is roughly divided into two parts, including the electromagnetic part and the valve part. Among them, the electromagnetic part consists of solenoid, iron core, switch and other parts; valve part consists of valve body, valve core, spring and other parts. When the solenoid valve is energized, the electromagnetic force acts on the iron core, making the valve core open and the refrigerant flow into the refrigeration system through the valve port; when the solenoid valve is de-energized, the action of the spring makes the valve core close and the refrigerant stops flowing.
