In seawater environment, MP35N can undergo general crack corrosion and stress corrosion regardless of its strength grade and material state.
MP35N is an inert metal. If it is connected with more active metals, such as carbon steel, 3 16 stainless steel, Monel K series metals, etc., it is easy to produce electrochemical corrosion.
MP35N alloy meets the relevant standards of NACE MR-0 1-75, and its high hardness is Rockwell hardness C35 (the high hardness can reach Rockwell hardness C48 through special cold rolling and aging treatment).
