Shanghai Stock Connect: Hong Kong Stock Exchange website->Connected Markets->Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect-> Eligible Shares-> "Shanghai Stock Connect" to check the list of Shanghai Stock Connect stocks.
Stocks that fulfill the corresponding conditions can be included in the scope of underlying securities of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
Shanghai Hong Kong Stock Connect stocks include stocks within the following ranges:
(1) Constituents of the Hang Seng Composite Large Cap Index; (2) Constituents of the Hang Seng Composite Mid Cap Index; and (3) H-shares of A+H listed companies.
The corresponding H-shares of A+H listed companies whose A-shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange as Risk Warning Board stocks or suspended stocks, stocks of issuers whose shares are also listed on mainland stock exchanges other than the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stocks quoted and traded on the Stock Exchange in currencies other than Hong Kong dollars and stocks with other special circumstances determined by the Shanghai Stock Exchange are excluded from the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect. Stocks on the Shanghai Hong Kong Stock Connect. With the approval of the regulator, the Shanghai Stock Exchange may adjust the scope of Hong Kong Stock Connect stocks.
Stocks other than the stocks on the Hong Kong Stock Connect shall be transferred to the stocks on the Hong Kong Stock Connect if they fall within the scope of (a) above and not within the scope of (b) above due to the implementation of constituent stock adjustments by the relevant indices, etc. If a company whose A-shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange lists H-shares on the Stock Exchange, or if a listed company whose H-shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange lists A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange or if a company lists A-shares and H-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange on the same day If a company's A shares and H shares are listed on both the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange on the same day, its H shares will be transferred to the HK Stock Connect after the price stabilization period has ended and the corresponding A shares have been listed for 10 trading days. If the Hong Kong Stock Connect stocks no longer fall within the scope specified in (a) above or fall within the scope specified in (b) above due to reasons such as the implementation of constituent stock adjustment by the relevant indexes, they will be transferred out of the Hong Kong Stock Connect stocks.
Shanghai Stock Connect stocks include stocks within the following scope:
(1) constituent stocks of SSE 180 Index; (2) constituent stocks of SSE 380 Index; and (3) Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed A-shares of A+H-share listed companies.
Stocks traded on the Risk Warning Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed companies (i.e., ST, ﹡ST stocks and delisted stocks), suspended stocks, stocks quoted and traded in foreign currencies (i.e., B-shares), and stocks with other special circumstances determined by the Shanghai Stock Exchange are excluded from the Shanghai Stock Connect. With the approval of the regulator, the Shanghai Stock Exchange may adjust the scope of Shanghai Stock Connect stocks. Stocks listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange other than the Shanghai Stock Connect Stocks shall be transferred to the Shanghai Stock Connect Stocks if they fall within the scope specified in (1) above and do not fall within the scope specified in (2) above as a result of the implementation of constituent stock adjustments by the relevant indices, etc. H-share listed companies listing A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, or A-share listed companies listing H-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange or companies listing A-shares and H-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange on the same day shall be transferred to the Shanghai Stock Connect Stocks. If the Shanghai Stock Connect stocks no longer fall within the scope of the above (1) or fall within the scope of the above (2) due to the implementation of constituent stock adjustment by the relevant indexes, etc., they will be transferred out of the Shanghai Stock Connect stocks.
