The high-quality service of central hospital has experienced the development process from high-quality service, whole-process high-quality service and whole-process high-quality standardized service, which occupies an important position in the development history of central hospital and plays an active role. After entering the 2 1 century, in order to make medical services meet patients' needs at a higher level, the hospital actively introduced Singapore's international advanced service management concepts on the basis of inheritance, and combined with patients' growing medical service needs, launched three modules as training blueprints, with "maximizing patients' rights, making every effort to create informed patients, and comprehensively standardizing medical service behaviors" as the core content and "post tracking guidance and service scripts" as the carrier. The hospital has created more than 80,000 words of training lesson plans and nearly 30,000 words of service scripts for more than 50 patients. Through systematic training and on-the-job implementation, the hospital has upgraded the quality service to a higher level and entered a brand-new stage with more substantial connotation, which has deeply solved key problems such as "doctor-patient communication and patient notification", fully satisfied patients' right to know and better protected patients' interests. The demonstration project of high-quality nursing service has fundamentally changed the shift mode of functional nursing in the past, turned to the overall nursing mode of group system, and implemented the hierarchical management of nurses.
