Suzhou Terge Power Manipulator, also known as manipulator, balance crane, balance booster, manual load shifter, is a novel, for material handling and installation of labor-saving operation of the power equipment. It skillfully applies the principle of balance of force, so that the operator can move and position the heavy load in a balanced way in space by pushing and pulling it accordingly. The weight forms a floating state when lifting or lowering. Without the need for skillful pointing operation, the operator can correctly place the weight in any position in space by pushing and pulling the weight by hand.

1) rigid arm robot:

Rigid arm robot is suitable for adapting to the gripping of any shape of goods, gripping weight range 10kg-300kg, its advantages are as follows

Can balance the weight of the workpiece, so that the workpiece is non-gravitational floating state, suitable for the precise transplantation of workpieces.

Adopting the principle of pneumatic balancing, it can sense the change of the weight of the workpiece, and realize the floating state in three-dimensional space when unloaded or gripping workpieces of different weights, which is used for precise cutting and positioning.

Rigid arm and drive the workpiece to do lifting movement, lateral arm can drive horizontal movement, and can keep the head level, easy to operate and use.

The operating handle is integrated with the fixture for easy operation and accurate positioning of the workpiece, and the control part is arranged in accordance with ergonomic principles for easy operation as well as handling of emergencies.

Designed with a number of rotary joints to clamp a wide range of workpieces, and equipped with a brake device that locks

each rotary joint to prevent it from moving in an idle state.

Soft rope type main manipulator is imported pneumatic balance crane as the system host, with the gripping fixture, plane rail sliding system or the corresponding installation form, to realize the labor-saving operation.

The pneumatic balance crane applies pneumatic principle to convert the linear motion of the piston and the rotary motion of the reel through the ball screw and the silk mother, and drive the wire rope or chain up and down, and cooperate with different control systems to realize a variety of balance states to meet different applications.

1. Equipped with ZA controller, the balancing crane is suitable for precise operation of variable loads, and the workpiece is in a non-gravitational floating state in the space, which is convenient for precise positioning.

2. Equipped with EA controller, the balancing crane can be set up with three gears, high load gear, low load gear and no load gear, which can satisfy different loads and corresponding operations respectively.

3. Equipped with BA controller, the balancing crane maintains gravity-free balancing state in the whole stroke, suitable for hanging a fixed load, which has a larger adjustment range and practicality than spring balancing crane.
