Township people's governments and street offices should do a good job of promoting civilized behavior under their jurisdiction.
Villagers' committees and residents' committees shall strengthen the promotion and guidance of civilized behavior and assist in the promotion of civilized behavior. Article 7 state organs, enterprises and institutions, social groups, other organizations shall actively participate in the promotion of civilized behavior.
