What is the principle of hydraulic support rod?

First, the principle:

It is an elastic element with gas and liquid as working medium, which consists of a pressure pipe, a piston, a piston rod and several connectors, and is filled with high-pressure nitrogen. Because the piston has a through hole, the gas pressure at both ends of the piston is equal, but the cross-sectional areas at both sides of the piston are different, one end is connected with the piston rod and the other end is not connected. Under the action of gas pressure, pressure is generated on the side with small cross-sectional area, that is, the elastic force of the support rod. The elastic force can be set by setting different nitrogen pressures or piston rods with different diameters. Different from mechanical springs, support rods have nearly linear elastic curves. The elastic coefficient x of standard support bar is between 1.2 and 1.4, and other parameters can be defined flexibly according to requirements and working conditions.

Second, the role:

1. The piston rod of the support rod must be installed downwards and cannot be inverted, which can reduce friction and ensure the best damping quality and cushioning effect.

2. It is a high-pressure product, and it is forbidden to analyze, bake or touch it at will, and it shall not be used as an armrest.

3. Working environment temperature: -35℃-+70℃. (80℃ for specific manufacturing)

4. In the work, it should not be influenced by tilting force or lateral force.

5. Determine the installation position of the fulcrum. In order to ensure the accuracy of work, the piston rod of the pneumatic rod (gas spring) must be installed downwards, which can reduce friction and ensure the best damping quality and buffering effect. It must be installed in an accurate way, that is, when it is closed, let it move over the center line of the structure, otherwise, the door will often push open automatically. Before spraying and painting, install it in the required position.
