3. Comprehensive utilization of solid waste

(1) Blast furnace slag is all exported as a by-product: the water-quenched slag produced in the process of blast furnace production can be used as raw materials for cement production. Our company produces about 5, tons of blast furnace slag every year, all of which are exported to cement production enterprises such as CONCH Group as by-products, with an annual economic benefit of about 1 million yuan.

(2) Dust removal is all used as raw materials for sintering production: gas dust and iron-containing dust collected every day by gravity dust removal of blast furnace gas, dry dust removal of blast furnace tapping yard, coal dust collected by coking ground station, dust containing iron powder (smoke) collected by cyclone dust removal at the head of sintering machine and electrostatic dust removal at the tail of sintering machine, dust collected during the transfer of other raw materials, etc., and powder (smoke) collected every day by all 6 sets of dust collectors in the company. 14, tons of various kinds of iron-containing dust are recovered every year, which can generate direct economic benefits of 42 million yuan every year according to 3 yuan/ton.

(3) All the red mud in steelmaking is used as sintering raw material: the Venturi dust-removing water of converter gas is recycled after being treated by inclined plate sedimentation tank, and all the red mud at the bottom of sedimentation tank is conveyed to sintering ingredients by mud pump without being discharged. The output of red mud is about 25, tons, which can generate direct economic benefits of 2.5 million yuan per year according to 1 yuan/ton.

(4) Coal tar and tar residue are exported as by-products: About 24, tons of coal tar and tar residue are produced in coking production every year, all of which are exported to relevant chemical enterprises, municipal administration departments and other units for comprehensive utilization. The annual economic benefit is about 26 million yuan.

The company's production and domestic wastewater from pipe casting, ironmaking, sintering, etc. flows into a 4m3 pool for sedimentation and then goes through a secondary purification pool. All the treated wastewater is used as supplementary water for production circulating water, thus achieving zero discharge of production wastewater.
