The main responsibilities of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Public Resources Trading Center are:
First, implement the relevant laws, regulations and policies on public resource trading, and provide venues, facilities, information systems and comprehensive services for public resource trading activities entering the public resource trading platform at the autonomous region level.
Two, entrusted to organize the implementation of the autonomous region level government centralized procurement catalog project procurement. Carry out centralized procurement of drugs, medical consumables and Class B large-scale medical equipment stipulated by the state in public medical institutions in the whole region. Carry out the specific implementation of state-owned land mining right transaction and state-owned forestry property right transaction.
Three, to undertake the construction and maintenance of the information system of public resources trading platform at the autonomous region level.
Four, according to the provisions of the report of illegal activities in trading activities and record and retain relevant evidence, cooperate with relevant departments to investigate and deal with complaints and illegal activities.
Five, complete other tasks assigned by the Party committee and the people's government of the autonomous region.
