Great Wall Broadband business procedures

Into the opening of

Into the opening of an account with a valid ID, to our company's business outlets for account opening procedures.

Great Wall Broadband will go to the door to open Great Wall Broadband network within 7 working days after the subscriber pays the fee, and the subscriber is required to sign to confirm the network opening.

User payment

Calculation of basic monthly fee

Adoption of monthly subscription, unlimited time, prepayment system

Wall Broadband monthly subscribers enjoy broadband services on a first-payment basis, i.e., the service period of the current month's fee is from the 21st of the current month to the 20th of the following month.

Basic Monthly Fee Payment Methods

1. Cash Payment: Users who pay in cash should pay in cash at the sales office of their own neighborhood.

2, bank deduction: users can use industrial and commercial banks, agricultural banks, Bank of China, postal savings in the 20th of each month to the corresponding bank will be the basic monthly fee deposited into the savings card, the Great Wall Broadband will be in the 20th of each month through the bank deduction. After the basic monthly fee is deducted through the bank, the company will issue an invoice by mail.

Payment in arrears

If a subscriber fails to pay by the 21st of the month, Great Wall Broadband will notify the subscriber of the arrears by posting a reminder notice on the Internet, by phone, or by mailing a reminder notice. Subscribers must pay the outstanding fees to the sales office of their residential district or deposit them into the bank account of the withholding agent before the end of the month.

If the user fails to pay the charges after the due date, Great Wall Broadband has the right to ask the user to pay the charges and add 3 per cent per day as liquidated damages to the outstanding charges. If the user does not pay the fees for more than 30 days after the agreed period, Great Wall Broadband may suspend the provision of network services to the user. If the subscriber fails to pay the fees and liquidated damages within 60 days after Great Wall Broadband suspends the service, Great Wall Broadband may terminate the provision of the service and may recover the outstanding fees and liquidated damages in accordance with the law. Great Wall Broadband shall reopen the service within 48 hours after the subscriber who has paid the fees late has made up the monthly fees and late charges.

Description of Great Wall Broadband's bank debit account and related requirements:

Currently, the banks cooperating with Great Wall Broadband are: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), Bank of China (BOC) and Postal Savings.

Users who apply for the above bank account numbers must provide Great Wall Broadband with an ID number that matches their bank account number and user name.

Users who apply for Bank of China's deduction must sign the "Bank Entrusted Deduction Agreement".

Requirements related to the change of service processing:

Processing conditions:

The user who applies for the change of service must fill out the "Service Change Form" at the designated business outlets and sign it in person for confirmation;

The settlement of the network service fee, the value-added service fee, and all other fees is completed. Users in arrears status cannot handle other services except bill payment;

Subscribers must truthfully fill in the Great Wall Broadband Service Application Form and provide valid identification (valid identification of the person who acts on behalf of another person must be provided for the person who acts on behalf of another person and the person who entrusts the service).

Non-individual users must provide valid identification of the operator, a copy of the business license unit letter of introduction (stamped with the official seal).

Suspension/re-opening:

The handling fee is 5 RMB for suspension and 10 RMB/month for the period of suspension.

No refund of installation and commissioning fee for handling suspension of service;

Suspension monthly fee for package subscribers shall be paid separately and will not be deducted from the package fee.

Suspension for more than 6 months is considered a write-off.

Suspended subscribers will be re-activated within 48 hours of application for activation.

For users who have paid the monthly fee in advance to apply for suspension of service, the overpaid monthly fee will not be refunded and will be moved to be used after re-opening.

Relocation:

The subscriber moves to a neighborhood in the same city where the Great Wall Broadband network is available.

Subscribers are required to pay 50 RMB for installation and commissioning fee, and the material fee is actually charged.

The network of the original access address will be canceled on the day the network of the new access address is opened.

When you move, you will not be refunded the access fee charged at the original access address, nor will you be re-charged the access fee at the new access address (when you move from an ordinary community to a villa community, you will be required to pay the access fee in accordance with the respective standards).

The network service fee after relocation will be in accordance with the standard of the newly moved community. However, the network service fee for the month of relocation will not be adjusted, i.e., the network service fee for the newly moved community will be applied only from the month after the month of relocation.

Value-added service fees and all other fees for the month of relocation will be settled according to the actual amount incurred.

If there are prepaid network service fees, the remaining fees will be kept in the subscriber's account and will continue to be used in the new community.

Transferring accounts:

When transferring accounts, the original subscriber is regarded as canceled;

The new subscriber is regarded as opening an account, and is required to fill in the Great Wall Broadband Business Application Form, but does not have to pay installation and commissioning fees.

When transferring the account, the original subscriber's network service fee for the month will be settled according to the actual number of days of use in the month, and the new subscriber will pay the network service fee for the actual number of days of use in the month; and the original subscriber's value-added service fee, pre-paid network service fee, and all other fees will be settled according to the actual amount incurred.

Increasing or decreasing the number of information points:

Adding an information point requires the payment of RMB 50 yuan for the opening of a new information point; decreasing the number of information points does not refund the opening fee for a new information point that was paid when the information point was added.

The network service fee after adding an information point increases by 80 RMB per month per information point.

Adding information points is considered as opening an account.

Decrease of information point is regarded as canceling the account.

Withdrawal:

When a subscriber goes through the withdrawal process, the Great Wall Broadband subscriber card will be returned, the network installation and commissioning fee will not be refunded, and the network service fee for the current month will be settled according to the actual number of days of use in the current month (RMB 4/day).

Subscribers who have applied for account opening procedures and paid the installation and commissioning fee: if the company fails to open the account on time within the commitment period,

the subscriber can get a full refund if he/she requests to cancel the account; if the subscriber can't get through the Great Wall Broadband because of the objective reasons of his/her address, the subscriber can get a full refund if he/she requests to cancel the account; the company won't be responsible for the compensation for the above two cases.

The user must present the invoice, Great Wall Broadband user card and ID card when applying for the refund, and the user who does not have one of the above three must explain the actual situation before applying for the refund.

After moving to a new address, the new address is not a Great Wall Broadband-covered community, fill out the Application for Change of Business truthfully, the original access address is canceled, and the original installation and commissioning fee is not refundable. Great Wall Broadband will stop the service to the subscriber according to the date of cancellation.

After the cancellation, the subscriber shall not take any measures to privately connect to Great Wall Broadband's lines and use its services, or Great Wall Broadband will pursue its legal responsibility according to the law.

Deregistered users should apply for re-opening, which will be treated as new user opening and pay the relevant fees.

1. When the service personnel go to the door to carry out the opening of the network for the user, there is no charge. No charge; including the following processes: accessing the twisted-pair cable from the outdoor to the user's computer; debugging and opening (the user prepares his own network card, and the user pays RMB 2 yuan/m for the twisted-pair cable beyond 20 meters)

2. Maintenance service fee is exempted for the Great Wall Broadband network causes that the user can't access the Internet;

5. The door-to-door service fee mainly refers to the fee charged by the door-to-door service personnel for the user's maintenance service;

6. Each service is charged independently. Service fee is charged for each service;
