(3) The gynecological endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology is decided by the on-the-job doctors in our hospital who have the clinical application ability of gynecological endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology and have the professional and technical post qualifications of attending physician or above, and the operator is the doctors in our hospital who have the clinical application ability of gynecological endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology; The fourth-grade gynecological endoscopic surgery is decided by the on-the-job doctors who have the clinical application ability of the fourth-grade gynecological endoscopic surgery in our hospital and have the qualifications of professional and technical positions above the deputy chief physician. The surgeon is a doctor with the clinical application ability of the fourth-grade gynecological endoscopic surgery in our hospital. Surgical plan and measures to prevent complications should be determined before operation, and reasonable treatment and management plan should be formulated after operation.

(4) Before performing endoscopic surgery, the patient or his legal guardian or agent should be informed of the purpose of the operation, surgical risks, postoperative precautions, possible complications and preventive measures, and an informed consent form should be signed.
