One, waste gas activated carbon adsorption device
When the organic waste gas from the fan to provide power, positive or negative pressure into the tower, due to the solid surface of the activated carbon on the existence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravitational force or chemical fitness, so that when the solid surface in contact with the gas, will be able to attract the gas molecules, so that they are concentrated and kept on the surface of the solid, the pollutant substances and odors to be adsorbed. After the exhaust gas is adsorbed by the activated carbon adsorption tower, it enters into the dust exhaust system of the equipment, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude in compliance with the standard.
Advantages:
①high adsorption efficiency, wide range of applications;
②convenient maintenance, no technical requirements;
③can deal with a variety of mixed exhaust gas at the same time.
Disadvantages:
①higher cost;
Waste gas activated carbon adsorber classification: can be divided into square or round.
Waste gas activated carbon adsorption filter scope of application:
Waste gas activated carbon adsorber is mainly used in: electronic components production, battery (battery) production, pickling operations, laboratory exhaust, metallurgy, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, painting, food, brewing, and furniture production and other industries in the purification of exhaust, which is most suitable for the treatment of spray paint exhaust purification.
Two, wastewater activated carbon adsorption device
Activated carbon adsorption is the use of activated carbon's porous nature, so that the water is adsorbed on the surface of the solid or a variety of harmful substances to remove the method. Activated carbon adsorption for the removal of organic matter in water, colloids, microorganisms, residual chlorine, odor and other good results. At the same time, because the activated carbon has a certain reduction effect, so for the oxidizer in the water also has a good removal effect.
The activated carbon used in the process of water treatment has two types: powdered carbon and granular carbon. Powdered carbon is adsorbed by suspension contact, while granular carbon is adsorbed by filtration. Activated carbon adsorption method is widely used in water treatment and wastewater secondary treatment of water depth treatment. Its main advantage is the high degree of treatment and stable effect. The disadvantage is the high cost of treatment.
Water treatment with activated carbon adsorption device mainly has a fixed bed, mobile bed and flow bed three forms.
(1) fixed-bed fixed-bed activated carbon treatment device structure
Can be a tower or several towers in parallel or in series, the operation can be intermittent or switching use. In order to prevent the blockage of the filter layer of the device, it is necessary to backwash regularly, and the surface rinsing equipment is set up on the upper part of the activated carbon.
(2) mobile bed mobile bed activated carbon adsorption tower structure
Solid-liquid two-phase adsorption, the general adsorption rate is slower, the use of a fixed bed generally have a higher layer of activated carbon, that is, the adsorption band is longer, and in the mobile bed adsorption tower, adsorption has been saturated activated carbon intermittently from the bottom of the tower to take out the bottom of the tower, 1 to 2 times a day, or every week.
The amount of saturated carbon taken out is about 5% to 10% of the total amount of carbon in the adsorption tower. The water to be treated from the bottom of the tower upward flow, from the top of the tower discharge pipe, so you can make full use of the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon, moving bed adsorption tower head loss is small, due to the water from the bottom of the tower into the water entrainment of suspended solids (water treatment of suspended solids should be less than 1mg / L), with the saturated carbon unloading of the intermittent, without the need for backwashing equipment, the adsorption of carbon layer can not be up and down the mixing platform, to be from the top to the bottom of the order to move. The carbon layer in the adsorption tower can not be mixed up and down, but should be moved from top to bottom in sequence. When the saturated carbon is discharged, an equal amount of new or regenerated carbon is added from the top of the tower.
(3)Fluidized bedFluidized bed is less used at present, due to the small particle size of activated carbon in the fluidized bed, the activated carbon in the upper layer of the tower and the water entering from the bottom of the tower are fully stirred, so that the surface area of the carbon contacting with the water increases, so a small amount of charcoal can be used to deal with a large amount of water without backwashing, low pretreatment requirements, and can be operated continuously. The particle size distribution of the filled activated carbon determines the height of the stationary layer and the fluidized layer, in addition to the high operational requirements.
