It is a private ordinary institution of higher learning in which the disciplines of engineering, management, art, literature and medicine support each other and develop harmoniously.
The school is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian, in the core area of Dalian Software Park, covering an area of 833,000 square meters (1.200 mu) with a total construction area of 609,000 square meters.
