A needle that is too small will also interfere with the bubble evacuation when the valve is in use. This problem can be solved by replacing the needle with a larger one. Tapered, angled needles create the least amount of back pressure and provide the smoothest fluid flow. Air in the liquid will cause dripping after the valve is closed. It is best to remove the air from the liquid beforehand, or to use a glue that is less prone to air bubbles. Or centrifuge the glue to remove the bubbles before use.
The size of the glue is inconsistent
When the glue is inconsistent, mainly due to the unstable pressure of the pressure cylinder or air pressure of the stored fluid.
The inlet pressure gauge should be set 10 to 15 psi lower than the lowest pressure in the plant, and the pressure used in the pressure cartridge should be above the middle of the gauge, avoiding the use of pressures between the middle and lower parts of the gauge.
The glue valve control pressure should be at least 60psi to ensure stable glue output.
Finally, the glue time should be checked. If it is less than 15/1000 seconds, it will cause unstable gluing. The longer the gluing time, the more stable the gluing will be.
The flow rate is too slow
If the flow rate is too slow, the pipeline should be changed from 1/4" to 3/8".
The shorter the line, the better.
In addition to changing the tubing, you should also change the spout and air pressure to completely speed up the flow rate.
Bubbles in the fluid
Excessive fluid pressure coupled with a short valve opening time may allow air to seep into the fluid. The solution is to reduce the fluid pressure and use a tapered, slanted needle. This is mainly due to excessive moisture or reused adhesive. Be sure to use fresh instant adhesive. Thoroughly clean lines with moisture-free Aceton acetone. Make sure that the air used is dry and that a filter is installed between the factory air pressure and the glue valve system. (If this does not work, use nitrogen).
Dispensing break glue causes

UV adhesive
UV adhesive is ultraviolet curing adhesive.

Do not add UV adhesive directly to the old UV adhesive on the pressure cylinder. Drain the existing UV adhesive first, and then pour the UV adhesive into the empty cartridge. The UV adhesive in the pressure cylinder often produces air bubbles after a period of time, resulting in unstable glue. Dispensing needle selection method:

2. Need special settings of the fluid:
(1) instant glue: water-based instant glue using a safety-type piston and Teflon-lined metal needle, for thick instant glue, the use of conical angled needle, if you need to use a flexible PP needle.
(2) UV adhesive: use amber colored syringe, white piston and slant type needle (can be shielded from ultraviolet rays).
(3) Light curing adhesive: Use black opaque syringe, white piston and UV shielding needle.
(4) Anaerobic adhesive: Use 10cc syringe and white PE universal piston.
(5) Sealants and pasty fluids: If the rebound is severe with the white piston, change to the safety-type live type and use a slanted needle.
Cleaning of epoxy resin
