The Yuncheng City State Taxation Bureau of Shanxi Province is the functional department in charge of the national taxation work of Yuncheng City, and it is a full-function bureau at the level of department. It is responsible for organizing tax research, academic exchanges and identification, selection, promotion and reward of scientific and technological achievements; formulating office rules and regulations; guiding the work of office automation; dealing with the suggestions of deputies to the National People's Congress and proposals of members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; and assisting the leadership of the Bureau in the comprehensive coordination of related work.
2. Policies and Regulations Section
To conduct investigation and research on tax policies, track and feedback on the implementation of the situation; responsible for the tax normative documents of the countersigning and tax-related documents for the record; bear the clean-up of tax laws and regulations, appraisal and compilation of documents; undertake the work of the trial of major tax cases, to carry out the review of tax audit cases; responsible for the tax law enforcement accountability system and tax enforcement inspection; handle the tax administrative work; the tax administration system and tax enforcement inspection work; the tax administration system and tax enforcement inspection work; to handle the tax administration work. 4. Income Tax Management Section
Responsible for the collection and management of taxes such as enterprise income tax and individual income tax on interest from savings deposits and the implementation and execution of tax administration; responsible for the formulation of specific measures for the collection and management of income tax in the region; responsible for organizing the daily checking of enterprise income tax; responsible for the management of the financial system of urban commercial banks and urban and rural credit unions; responsible for the management of income tax policy and the implementation and daily management of the tax policy.
