7.2 Rewards and accountability

7.2.1 Rewards

7.2.2 Accountability

In the emergency rescue work of safety production accidents and disasters in one of the following behaviors, in accordance with the laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the relevant responsible personnel depending on the circumstances and consequences of the hazards, by their units or higher authorities to give administrative sanctions; of which, the other personnel appointed by the state administrative organs, respectively, by the appointment and dismissal of the authorities or the supervisory organs to give Administrative sanctions; belonging to the violation of public security management, the public security organs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations shall be punished; constitutes a crime, by the judicial organs shall be investigated for criminal responsibility:

(7) Other behaviors that jeopardize emergency response.

7.3 International Communication and Collaboration

The Office of the Safety Commission of the State Council and relevant departments actively establish contact with international emergency response agencies, organize and participate in international rescue activities, and carry out international communication and cooperation.

7.4 Implementation time of the plan

This plan shall come into force on the date of issuance.
