II. The design of radioisotope laboratories shall be in accordance with the regulations for radioisotope laboratories.
Three, mercury-containing laboratories should be set up special exhaust cabinets. The ground, floor, wall, ceiling, lab bench, door, window, etc. of such laboratories shall be made of non-cracking, non-absorbent, non-leakage materials, and shall be equipped with mercury collection tanks, ditches and bottle facilities. Ground, floor should have a slope of not less than 1%, gutter, floor drain should have the function of collecting scattered mercury, the lower part of the room should be equipped with air vents.
Four, where the frequent use of strong acid, strong alkali, chemical burn hazard laboratory, in the laboratory should be set up emergency sprinkler and emergency eye flusher.
Fifth, the storage of a small amount of chemical hazards in the laboratory, should be set up 24h continuous ventilation of special chemical storage cabinets.
VI, the test building equipment should be arranged in its perimeter to ensure that the normal activities of workers are not subject to fixed objects, moving objects and may fly out of the safety spacing and protective measures.
VII, noise control shall comply with the following provisions:
1 scientific research and test buildings in the ambient noise limit value of 60dB (A);
2 noise-producing rooms should be taken to reduce the noise measures;
3 generated greater than or equal to 85dB (A) high noise room should be equipped with sound insulation doors and windows, partition walls should be greater than the value of airborne sound insulation of 30dB (A), walls and ceilings should be adopted.
3 The rooms generating high noise equal to or more than 85dB(A) should be equipped with sound insulation doors and windows, and the air sound insulation value of the partition walls should be more than 30dB(A).
VIII, ionizing radiation protection and electromagnetic shielding should be consistent with the following provisions:
1 X-ray flaw detection machine room, industrial CT host room and other ionizing radiation test room should be taken to protect against ionizing radiation and should be consistent with the current national standards, "Ionizing Radiation Protection and Safety of Radiation Sources, Basic Standards" GB 18871 of the relevant provisions;
2 should be based on the main rays, radiation direction, ray energy and radiation source. Irradiation direction, ray energy and the distance between the ray source and the maneuvering platform for the protective wall, protective door and ceiling protection design;
3 precision electronic instrument laboratory, should be based on the technical requirements of the equipment to take electromagnetic shielding measures.
Nine, dangerous chemicals, valuables, radioactive substances storage places, should be set up anti-theft doors, anti-theft windows and alarm devices and other facilities.
Ten, produce strong vibration of the production facilities, its location and the distance between other buildings should be achieved in other buildings by the vibration of the people in line with the current "Industrial Design Health Standards" GBZ 1 limit.
