YKG-5018 Series High Voltage Switch Comprehensive Tester

A Brief Introduction

This series of high-voltage switch tester is the newest special test instrument developed by our company based on the new technical standard of high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester in order to adapt to the needs of field testing of high-voltage switch mechanical characteristics and other parameters. It takes microcontroller as the core, adopts CPLD storage drum sampling technology, and its main feature is that it adopts rotary sensor, which is easy to install, has high testing accuracy and is multi-purpose. It adopts Chinese character large screen LCD to display the test results and can print out the test curve and test parameters, which has the advantages of intelligentization, multi-function, accurate data, strong anti-interference, simple operation, small volume, light weight, beautiful appearance, etc. It is suitable for the testing of various indoor, outdoor, oil less, oil more switches, vacuum switches, and sulphur hexafluoride switches.

1. ? The series of high-voltage switch integrated tester, fully considering the user convenience, part of the different models of the domestic first built-in high-voltage switch operation power supply, loop resistance tester, high-voltage switch power supply. Can test only closing / breaking signal without breaking / closing signal circuit breaker. An instrument with more than one instrument test function, (some models) with RS232/USB interface can be connected to a computer to upload test results in order to print the results of the document report.

This instrument adopts hardware anti-interference measures such as photoelectric isolation and software anti-interference measures at the same time, so that the whole machine works stably and reliably. This instrument is an ideal tool for substations, switch production and development units, power engineering construction companies to carry out the development of high-voltage switch, inspection and testing, installation and commissioning, maintenance and testing.

Eight, switch mechanical characteristics test methods and procedures:

1, ? Wiring: ? (such as after Figure 1)

A, the tester will be placed near the switch under test, before the power is turned on, the high-voltage switch moving contacts with a short wire connected to the instrument with the 'public **** end' connected to the high-voltage switch static contacts were in turn with the instrument "disconnect A.". The static contacts of the high voltage switch are connected in turn to the instrument's "Break A". Connect the static contact of the HV switch to the instrument's "Break A", "Break F" in turn. If it is necessary to install the sensor then the selected sensor should be installed reliably to complete the wiring.

B. Each break of the switch is connected to the break socket of the tester panel with a wire. This instrument can measure 6 breaks at a time, when the number of switch breaks measured is less than 6, please use ABCDEF to mark the break socket in turn. For example: the number of breaks = 3, please use the ABC socket;

C. The sensor is fixed on the contact, moving rod or rotary axis, and the sensor wire is inserted into the sensor socket on the instrument panel.

D. The closing/closing signal socket is connected to the closing/closing coil of the HV switch respectively.

E. ? The power cord is plugged into the instrument power socket.

F. If you use the operating power supplied by this machine, disconnect the original power supply from the high-voltage switch, and connect the output power of the instrument to the switch closing/closing power supply terminals. (At this time, the voltage should be increased to the rated operating voltage, pay attention to the polarity of the voltage)

2, ? After confirming that the above connections are correct, turn on the power

A. Select "Mechanical Characteristics of High Voltage Switch" test;

B. The actual switch opening and closing status is displayed on the upper part of the screen at this time;

C. If you want to perform the automatic reclosing test, you can enter the test interface directly and print, store, or return to the color list of test selection in accordance with the on-screen prompts.

C. For automatic reclosing test, you can directly enter the test interface according to the on-screen prompts to print, store or return to the test selection color list.

D, test the vacuum switch, the installation of the sensor such as the input opening distance of the opening/closing the instrument does not measure displacement, only the average speed test; such as the installation of the sensor and the opening distance is set to ? If the sensor is installed and the opening distance is set to "0", the instrument can test the parameters such as opening distance, travel, speed, etc. (the same as other switches); if the sensor is not installed, the instrument only tests the opening and closing time, the break waveform, the same period, and the bounce, etc. If the sensor is not installed, the instrument only tests the opening and closing time. Put the cursor on the opening/closing distance, press the 'OK' key, that is, it will display 'being cleared' and then display 'being tested', at this time, operate the high-voltage switch can be measured to get the data you want.

E. ? If using grating sensor (grating distance is 2MM) then "rotary sensor displacement per degree" should be set to: 4.0; such as the use of drum sensors to test linear displacement should be set to: 0.4; such as the use of drum sensors to test the rotary displacement should be checked on the switch information, calculate the corresponding displacement per degree, and correctly input (i.e... 3.1415*L/180, pay attention to the error caused by data rounding), and then put the cursor on the selection "4" (test non-vacuum switch) on the press 'OK' key, that is, it shows 'being cleared'. ' and then display 'being tested', at this time the operation of high-voltage switch opening/closing can be measured the desired data.

F. ? The test result can be displayed, printed or stored by turning the page according to the prompts at the bottom of the screen, and note that the record number is 0-15 when storing

G. Place the cursor on 'Show stored records', set the record number to be displayed, and press 'OK'. The stored records can be displayed. Press 'OK' to display the stored record.

H. ? The 'power supply' on the panel of some models is provided for the power supply of high voltage switches which have the tap-changing blocking device (some high voltage switches can not be operated without the power supply). The 'power supply' and the 'operating power supply' (DC output) are the same power source inside the machine, the difference being that the operating power supply is controlled by the 'start' button, while the 'power supply' is controlled by the 'start' button. The difference is that the operating power supply is controlled by the 'Start' button, while the 'power supply' is not controlled and outputs directly! Remember: the power switch must be turned off when the power supply is wired.

9. ? Low operating voltage test:

Note wiring: for this test, the switch must be disconnected from the original operating power supply!!!

Entering the low operating voltage test interface, the screen shows the value of the operating power supply voltage, slowly turn the voltage adjustment knob to raise the voltage to 65% of the rated operating voltage of the circuit breaker, press the start button the circuit breaker should be able to open/close the circuit breaker, turn the voltage adjustment knob will be reduced to less than 30% of the rated operating voltage of the circuit breaker, press the start button the breaker should be inactive, turn the voltage adjustment knob to raise the voltage to 30% of the rated operating voltage of the circuit breaker, turn the voltage adjustment knob to increase the voltage to the circuit breaker. Turn the voltage adjustment knob to increase the voltage to between 30-65% of the rated operating voltage of the circuit breaker, press the start button the circuit breaker should only be able to open/close the circuit breaker, not close the circuit breaker. If necessary, the test voltage can be printed out at any time during the test.

X. ? Loop resistance test:

Connect the current line to the outside of the circuit to be tested, the voltage line to the circuit to be tested within the test. (Note that oil must be handled!) Enter the test circuit resistance interface, press the "OK" button, that is, to start measuring, according to the prompts at the bottom of the screen, you can print the test results, or retest.

Xi. Notes:

a.? The operating current of the power supply provided by this machine is less than 10A, if the rated current of the switch opening/closing operation under test is more than 10A, please use the original power supply of the switch. If you use the original power supply of the switch, please adjust the output voltage of the power supply of this instrument to the minimum. Do not connect the power supply to the switch at this time!

b. ? Abnormal handling:

1. ? Switch travel is '0': Please carefully check whether the sensor has oil into it; whether the sensor is installed correctly; whether the sensor and grating rod fit correctly. Whether the corresponding displacement per degree is set correctly.

2. ? The closing time is too long/short: Please carefully check the disconnecting line, especially the moving contact must

Must be connected reliably with the male **** end (pay attention to the oil treatment).

3. ? Switch refuses to move? : Please carefully check whether the opening and closing signals are connected.

4. ? Test result is all '0': This is due to the connection of the wiring on the break is not tight or contact is not good, in the process of opening and closing the gate due to vibration and instantaneous open-circuit caused by (especially short wiring), please carefully deal with the clean break wiring parts, reliable wiring, re-test.

5. Other conditions?

Please check carefully to make sure that the sensor installation and wiring are all correct,

Take another measurement, if the test result is still abnormal, please contact the manufacturer.

c. ? If the random accessory can not fix the sensor on the measured switch please contact the factory quickly in order to make the corresponding accessories in time!

d. ? If the machine appears abnormal, please press the reset button.

e. ? When operating the high voltage switch with the original power supply of the high voltage switch, the switch has been actuated but no data is measured, this is caused by operating the high voltage switch too early the instrument has not entered the test interface. Please operate the high voltage switch after the instrument displays 'under test'! When using the power supply of this instrument to operate the high voltage switch, the internal power supply of the high voltage switch must be disconnected.

Twelve, the use of computer interface (corresponding to the model)

High open tester connected to the computer, open the computer to install the special software, run the 'high open' software, you can see the high open tester software interface, select the corresponding serial port and set up a good baud rate (9600), you can receive and display the high open tester real-time data (if you have a high open tester, please do not use a high open tester). After selecting the corresponding serial port and setting the baud rate (9600), you can receive and display the real-time data of the tester (if the selected model can be connected to the USB port, you have to install the USB software first, and then enter the serial port settings). Press 'Save Data' to input the file name to save the test result. Save as image format, easy to view the test results offline, print processing, send online. Computer interface internal connection?
