Article 4 Responsibilities of Party A

4.2 Party A ensures that the warehouse and fire fighting facilities provided meet the requirements of the local fire fighting department to ensure normal and safe operation of the warehouse.
4.3 Party A is responsible for the provision of the existing facilities of the warehouse, lighting equipment, and is responsible for the normal maintenance of the warehouse facilities, to facilitate the rational use.
4.4 Party B to provide 220V power supply and long-distance telephone, in order to ensure the normal use of Party B microcomputer system, (special telephone costs incurred by Party B).
4.5 Party A needs to provide forklift, pallet equipment for Party B for product loading and unloading operations, and is responsible for the equipment repair and maintenance to ensure the normal use of Party B.
4.6 Party A shall not at any time for any reason to warehouse Party B's products as Party A's debt or other disputes collateral purposes. Violators are invalidated and compensated accordingly.

Article 5 Responsibility of Party B
5.1 Party B is strictly prohibited to store flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive dangerous goods in the rented warehouse, or the consequences of Party B is responsible for.
5.2 Party B should consciously abide by the national fire regulations and Party A's safety management of the relevant provisions, without the consent of Party A, shall not set up additional electrical equipment. Party B shall consciously accept Party A's fire and other safety inspections, and shall promptly cooperate with the rectification of safety hazards found in the inspection. Otherwise, Party A will terminate the contract and pursue related responsibilities.
5.3 The warehouse provided by Party A to Party B is only for Party B's warehouse management use, and shall not be transferred to others for use, and shall not be used for mortgage and illegal activities.
5.4 Without Party A's consent, Party B shall not change the use of the warehouse and remodel the warehouse.
5.5 The goods and articles in the warehouse shall be insured by Party B itself.
Article 6: Period of change and termination of contract
If the performance of the contract is directly affected by force majeure or cannot be performed according to the agreed conditions, the party in case of force majeure shall immediately notify the other party of the accident in writing, and provide the details of the accident and the reasons why the contract can not be fulfilled or partially can not be fulfilled or needs to be postponed in a few days, and this document shall be provided by the region in which the force majeure occurred. Article 7 Termination of Contract
If the contract is not renewed at the end of the term or is terminated for other reasons, one month's written notice may be given to the other party, and the other party shall not refuse.
Article VIII Tenant Performance Bond

Article 9 Validity Period
9.1 This Letter of Intent shall be valid for a period of seven (7) days from its effective date. During the validity period of this Letter of Intent, Party B shall negotiate and sign the formal Lease Agreement with Party A. Party B shall complete the possession procedures with Party A within fifteen (15) days from the date of signing the Lease Agreement.
9.2 If Party B fails to negotiate and sign the Lease Agreement with Party A within the validity period, Party A shall have the right to forfeit the earnest money and terminate this Letter of Intent upon expiration of the validity period. At the same time, Party A has the right to lease the Leased Warehouse to a third party.
9.3 If during the validity period, both parties have signed a formal Lease Contract, this Letter of Intent shall automatically expire from the date of signing of the Lease Contract.
Article 10 Earnest Money for Signing the Lease Contract
10.1 The parties agree that, at the same time of signing this Letter of Intent, Party B shall pay Party A RMB equivalent to one (1) month's rent as earnest money.
10.2 It is agreed that if Party B fails to pay the aforesaid earnest money to Party A within three (3) days from the date of signing of this Letter of Intent, this Letter of Intent shall be automatically terminated and Party A shall have the right to lease out the leased warehouse.
10.3 If Party B fails to sign a formal Lease Agreement with Party A within the validity period of this Letter of Intent, Party A shall have the right not to return the earnest money.
10.4 During the validity of this Letter of Intent, if Party A leases out the leased warehouse without obtaining Party B's express confirmation of renunciation of the lease, Party A shall double the earnest money paid by Party B.
10.5 If Party B fails to sign a formal Lease Contract with Party A, Party A shall have the right not to return the Earnest Money.
10.5 After signing the formal Lease Agreement, the earnest money paid by Party B shall be converted into part of the performance deposit payable by Party B to

Article 11 Confidentiality

Article 12 Change of Contract
12.1 Both parties agree that after the signing of this Letter of Intent, Party B shall sign a formal Lease Agreement in Party B's own name.
12.2 After the signing of the Lease Contract by both parties, Party B shall not sublet or sublet the leased storage.
Article 13 Notices
All written documents (including but not limited to notices) issued in connection with the fulfillment of this EOI shall be subject to the communication information (including address, fax, postal code) shown on the first page of this EOI. If there is any change in the aforesaid communication information of either party, the party shall notify the other party in writing three (3) days prior to the change in the aforesaid communication information. Otherwise, the written documents issued by the other party according to the above communication information shall be deemed to fulfill the notification obligations under this Letter of Intent and shall have the corresponding legal effect.
Article 14 Application of Laws and Settlement of Disputes
14.1 The signing, establishment, entry into force, fulfillment, cancellation and settlement of disputes of this Letter of Intent shall be governed by the laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China*** and the mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
