Drug safety protection system in kindergartens

I. Drug management system

1, prepare relevant drugs and necessary drugs for trauma treatment for children's common frequently-occurring diseases every quarter, and carefully record them for easy deployment and labeling.

2, carefully check and distribute drugs, pay attention to the right medicine, so that undiagnosed patients do not use drugs without authorization.

3. Carefully check the expiration date and expiration date of drugs, and do not take drugs from individuals without permission.

4, dressing, medical equipment to keep clean, timely disinfection, strict aseptic operation procedures.

5. Strictly grasp the contraindications of vaccination and the history of drug allergy in children.

6, strict management of highly toxic, flammable items, pesticides and commonly used drugs strictly separated.

In order to prevent children from being injured by drugs or accidents, affecting their healthy growth, and to ensure the safety of teachers, students and employees in the whole park, this system is formulated.

First, drugs should be properly kept:

1, toxic drugs and corrosive drugs are strictly separated from edible drugs and must be kept by special personnel. It is strictly forbidden to put it in class.

2. The medicines in the health care room should be checked and treated at any time for deliquescence, mildew, deterioration and invalidation, so as to ensure the quality of medicines.

3, strictly abide by the aseptic operation procedures, medical devices for routine disinfection on schedule.

Second, when a teacher brings medicine to work due to illness, he must put it away (medicine taken by the hospital, medicine bought by himself, or medicine taken by the clinic), preferably in a place where children can't get it.

Third, if the child is sick and takes medicine, the medicine the child takes must be delivered by the parents themselves or written on a note. According to the regulations on safe medication in kindergartens, parents only take medicine once at noon that day, and write down the baby's class, name, dosage and method of taking it, and submit it to the health care room. After being checked and registered by the health care doctor, the health care doctor will send the medicine to the class. When the baby's name is checked with the head teacher, it will be handed in and signed. The teacher will put the medicine where the baby can't get it to prevent eating by mistake.

Fourth, children bring their own medicines into the park, and there is no verbal or note from parents, and they will not be fed. Preventive drugs and health care drugs are not accepted or fed in principle (except for weak children). Parents are advised to give their children enough preventive and health care drugs at home in the morning and evening, and it is not necessary to take them to kindergarten.

5. When the teacher gives the child medicine, the name on the medicine bag should be consistent with the child himself, and the medicine should be taken in strict accordance with the dose.
