According to Article 33 of the "Implementing Rules of the Postal Law of the People's Republic of China":
It is prohibited to send or include the following items in mail:?
(1) Articles prohibited from circulation or delivery by law;?
(2) Reactionary newspapers, books, propaganda materials or obscene materials;?
(3) Explosive, easily Dangerous items such as flammable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic, etc.;?
(4) Items that are harmful to public health;?
(5) Perishable items;?
(6) Various live animals;?
(7) Various currencies;?
(8) Items not suitable for mailing;?
(9) Items that are improperly packaged and may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail and equipment. ?
The items in the preceding paragraph can be collected and sent if they comply with the special delivery regulations of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and ensure safety.

The "Postal Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates:
Article 24 Postal enterprises receive and send mails and users pay When sending mail, you must comply with laws, administrative regulations, and the provisions of the State Council and relevant departments of the State Council on prohibited or restricted items.
Article 25: Postal enterprises shall establish and implement an inspection system for mail receipt and delivery in accordance with the law.
For letters sent by users, postal enterprises may require users to open them for inspection when necessary, but they are not allowed to inspect the contents of the letters. If the user refuses to open it, the postal enterprise will not accept it or send it.
For mail items other than letters, postal enterprises shall inspect the contents on the spot when receiving or mailing them. If the user refuses inspection, the postal enterprise will not accept the shipment.
Article 26: If a postal enterprise discovers that items prohibited or restricted from delivery are contained in mail, it shall handle it in accordance with relevant national regulations.
If the inbound and outbound mail contains items that are prohibited or restricted by the country, they will be handled by the customs in accordance with the law.
Article 27 For mail delivered by postal enterprises that provide universal postal services, railway, highway, waterway, aviation and other transportation enterprises shall give priority to transportation, and stations, ports, and airports shall arrange loading and unloading places and Access passage.
