The design and development department should design the products to be easy for guests to install, easy to assemble, easy to expose defects, easy to realize the process, easy to disassemble, and interchangeable parts. To fully apply the design FMEA, a good design project will make everything easy to carry out. A good design program will make everything easy, i.e., "the product is designed".
The purchasing department should do a good job of finding & evaluating vendors. A good outsourcing vendor will produce a lot less defective products than a bad one.
The production department should pay attention to the organization of the process flow before production, which can be done by means of work instructions, process cards, PFMEA and so on. The production may produce defective place one by one added to prevent. Especially combined with sample production and trial production, to solve the problem and process standardization before starting formal production.
