Visiting medical and nursing units Generally, after inspecting hospital facilities and environment, the accreditation officer will review inpatient medical records with medical and nursing staff, generally reviewing 8 to 10; randomly interviewing low-level staff, and talking to patients in some departments to understand the quality of medical services;

The above accreditation procedures are conducive to familiarizing the accreditation officer with the structure of the hospital's operations; making appointments; and providing information to the accreditation officer. These accreditation procedures will help the accreditation officer to familiarize himself with the structure of the hospital's operations; to meet with the leadership to understand the overall strategic planning of the hospital; and to meet with the hospital's, nurses, and the directors of the various departments in the accreditation to discuss how to ensure the rights and safety of the patients. During the visit, the outpatient clinic, operating room, obstetrics, anesthesiology, emergency, imaging, inpatient, pathology and clinical testing, rehabilitation services and other departments are visited, but the type and number of visits vary.
