Basic requirements for primary maintenance of heat treatment equipment

1. Purpose:

Maintain the effectiveness of equipment at its best, thereby achieving maximum economy in the equipment life cycle. 2. Scope:

Includes all the company's equipment used directly or indirectly for heat treatment. 3. Responsibilities:

3.1 Workshop production personnel are responsible for daily inspection, operation and maintenance of equipment.

3.2 Mechanical and electrical personnel are responsible for guidance on equipment maintenance, regular inspections, major/medium repairs, etc. 3.3 The heat treatment technician is responsible for the regular inspection and calibration of the equipment.

3.4 The laboratory technician is responsible for verifying the hardness of the product, recording the experimental data, and issuing a product experimental report. 4. Process: None 5. Job content: 5.1 Equipment operation

a. Before starting the machine, you must be familiar with the transmission system and structure of the heat treatment furnace and the functions of each switch.

b. Before heating up, the mechanical and electrical workers will first check the electrical appliances and thermocouples. After confirming that they are normal, the operators will check the items (including various alarm items) stipulated in the "Equipment Daily Inspection Card" and proceed with the operation after they are normal. c. First start the quenching tank circulation and water cooling, and then heat up according to the heating process. d. When the temperature of the quenching furnace rises to 300°C, the mesh belt drive is turned on.

e. When the temperature of the quenching furnace reaches 600°C, open the tempering furnace to raise the temperature; when the temperature of the tempering furnace rises to the set temperature, the mesh belt transmission is turned on (first open the mesh belt transmission, and then tighten the screw).

f. Temperature setting: Adjust the temperature setting value through the up and down buttons of the temperature meter. g. Network belt speed setting: Adjust the network speed by rotating the rotating knob of the frequency converter left and right. 5.2 Equipment operation

a. During the operation of the equipment, the operator should inspect the equipment every 30 minutes. If any abnormality is found, the mechanical and electrician should be notified immediately for troubleshooting.

b. In the event of equipment failure or other emergencies during equipment operation, please follow the "General Provisions for Heat Treatment".

c. When the temperature of the quenching tank is close to 70°C, the oil cooling is turned on to cool down the oil. When the oil temperature is close to 50°C, the oil cooling is turned off.

5.3 Equipment stops

a. After the products in the furnace are finished, turn off the heating power (the mesh belt transmission of the quenching heating furnace, the circulation of the quenching tank, the fan of the tempering furnace, and the water cooling must be turned on, and the others can be turned off. After the tempering furnace starts to cool down, the mesh belt must be stopped and tightened Loosen the screw to prevent the mesh belt from stretching and deforming).

b. Methanol must continue to be fed after the furnace is shut down, and the methanol can be turned off only when the temperature of the quenching furnace is lower than 700°C. c. The mesh belt drive can be stopped only when the temperature of the quenching heating furnace is lower than 300°C, and the quenching tank circulation pump can be shut down after the temperature is lower than 200°C. The fan can be stopped when the tempering furnace temperature drops below 200°C. d. Turn off the cooling water after the furnace temperature cools down. 5.4 Routine maintenance

5.4.1 Routine maintenance work is carried out by operators in each shift.

Daily maintenance work includes:

a. Check all electrical switches before work. They must be in correct position, not loose, and move flexibly; all fasteners must not be loose, and all safety devices must be Complete, safe and reliable.

b. Pay attention to the operation of the equipment during operation, and deal with problems in a timely manner if any problems are found. c. Wipe equipment clean after work.

d. Wipe all parts and dead corners of the heat treatment furnace thoroughly every weekend to keep the paint visible and the iron exposed to light; check that the fasteners are not loose

.

5.5 Regular maintenance and upkeep shall be completed by equipment maintenance personnel and personnel who use and operate the equipment together, and shall be carried out every year

in accordance with the "Annual Equipment Maintenance Plan" stipulated by the company. 5.6 The heat treatment team should record any maintenance (including daily, weekly, monthly) performed on the equipment and inspections of preventive items on the equipment in the "Equipment Daily Inspection Form". If any item is found to be unqualified, it should be reported to the Department of Biotechnology for improvement or maintenance. After each shift of production is completed, the operation of the equipment will be recorded in the "Equipment Operation Record" in a timely manner.
