What does the year requirement for similar projects completed in recent years mean in the construction bidding documents?

According to the standard construction bidding documents, there are specific requirements for bidders' performance in the construction bidding documents. It is generally required that similar projects have been completed in the past three or five years, reaching a certain scale and quantity (year, scale and quantity shall be stipulated by the tenderer), so as to prove that the bidder is qualified to bid. Among them, the last three or five years means that the time from the issuance of the handover certificate to the issuance of the tender documents does not exceed three or five years.

Performance certificates usually have the following requirements:

1, the letter of acceptance and/or the contract agreement, the completion acceptance certificate of highway project (bid section) issued by the employer, the completion acceptance certificate of highway project issued by the completion acceptance committee or the copy of the comprehensive evaluation grade certificate issued by the quality supervision institution to all contractors.

2. If the legal person institution of the bidder changes or reorganizes or changes its legal person name in recent years, it shall provide legal documents of relevant departments or other relevant certification materials to prove the inheritance of its attached performance.
