Yucheng County Gushu Town is located 15 kilometers south of the county town, 20 kilometers west of Shangqiu City. With a population of 34,000 and a cultivated land of 47,000 acres, the town has a long history, and Shang (Dynasty) Tang had built its capital in Gushu Town, so it is also known as Tang Du.
The town's traffic conditions are very favorable, Shang Kai Expressway, Zheng Yong Highway across the territory, Yu Ying Highway, Valley Zhou Highway running north and south, Beijing-Kowloon Expressway will soon be put into construction. The town depends on Yu single Bo highway in the east, the Beijing-Kowloon Railway and 105 National Highway in the west, and the Longhai Railway in the north.
