2. Clean the condenser and evaporator regularly.
Condenser/evaporator is the second most important part of industrial water chillers, and it is best to clean it once every six months. The cooling water of water-cooled condenser is an open circulation loop, and the tap water used is recycled through the cooling tower, which is easy to decompose and deposit impurities to form scale on the water pipe, which affects the heat transfer effect. Excessive scaling will also reduce the circulating cross section of cooling water, reduce the water volume and increase the condensation pressure.
3. Regular inspection of safety valves?
The condenser and evaporator of industrial water chillers belong to pressure vessels. According to the regulations, the high pressure end of the water chiller, that is, the condenser body, should be equipped with a safety valve. Once the unit is in an abnormal working environment, the safety valve can automatically release pressure to prevent high pressure from causing harm to human body.
