Introduction of Sinopharm

Sinopharm, Sinopharm Pharmaceutical Group Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is approved by the State Economic and Trade Commission, by the China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation, Sinopharm Shanghai Medical Devices Company Limited, Beijing Renkang Medical Equipment Business Department, Guangzhou Southern Medical Equipment Company, and Tianjin Qiyu Medical Devices Company Limited Liability Company *** with the initiation of the Chinese People's Republic of China **** and State Administration for Industry and Commerce registration, and was founded in 1999 by the Chinese People's Government. Registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Sinopharm was formally established on December 21, 1999 as a joint stock limited company. Sinopharm has inherited the glorious tradition of its predecessor, China National Pharmaceutical Company, for more than half a century and has shouldered the public's disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and health care, disaster outbreaks and epidemics, such as first aid mission, as well as to make unremitting efforts to protect the public's life and health.
