Hello, I'm Yake.
Recently, I saw nearly 200 excellent PPT works abroad because I wanted to do some new PPT. These excellent works inspired me a lot, so I summarized the typesetting methods of different sheets by the way.
The purpose is to hope that when I do PPT in the future, when I encounter the problem of picture typesetting, I can quickly find the corresponding typesetting style in my mind, so that I can complete the task faster and better!
Then let's cut the crap. Let's see how different numbers of pictures are typeset.

About PPT typesetting, it is enough to master these. Recently, I read two books about PPT design: PPT, I want you to look good and PPT tempering, and I have a comprehensive understanding of all the knowledge points involved in making PPT.
However, although the book has been written, the theory and skills in the book have not been fully mastered, and it needs practice and application.
In order to deepen my understanding, I will share the knowledge points in the book in modules: integrating the essence of the two books and the relevant materials I have compiled in the past.
The following is the fourth article (the first three articles are PPT pictures, PPT color matching and PPT fonts), about PPT typesetting.
In the design book for everyone, the author mentioned four simple principles of typesetting (design): closeness, alignment, contrast and repetition. The figure below is a typical case.
If there is a close logical relationship between multiple projects, they will become a visual unit instead of multiple isolated elements.
No element can be placed on the page at will, because each item has some visual connection with a certain content on the page.
If two projects are not exactly the same, then they should be obviously different.
By reusing some elements of PPT (such as pictures, fonts, color matching and widgets, etc. ) or using a similar layout, PPT can completely achieve orderly and unified style and avoid disorder.
Through color block analysis, we can see that the color blocks of PPT in the whole industry are messy, which leads to visual dispersion and no fixed focus.
Through color block analysis, we can see that typesetting has been very unified and focused.
I used to think that the layout of the system in PPT was very low, but now I find it is the most classic and practical.
The PPT of consulting companies often adopts this classic format:
Regarding text typesetting, Mr. Shao Jiaoyun, a layman, once said that the text typesetting of high-quality PPT follows certain rules, which can be said from the following two aspects:
The skill of typesetting is "contrary to expectations": when we deal with text content, we should distinguish important content from sub-important content, so that important content goes against normal expectations and attracts people's attention. In other words, it is necessary to highlight the key content. The methods to highlight the key points are: adjusting font size, color, bolding, adding background color or border line, etc.
There are two arrangements:
2. 1 Row-based arrangement
Because of the ductility and fluidity of the "line", the movement of the line of sight can be guided by the line, which is smoother.
2.2 Point-based Arrangement
This typesetting is no longer based on lines, but on points, but this point is not marked on the map.
