In order to maintain the normal export order and to ensure the healthy development of foreign trade and export, China will continue to implement the export license management for 52 kinds of bulk and sensitive commodities this year. These include crude oil, refined oil products, rare earths, antimony oxide, tungsten trioxide and blue tungsten oxide and other chemical products. The State will implement export quota licensing, export quota bidding, paid use of export quota, unpaid bidding of export quota and export license management for these 52 commodities respectively. Commodities subject to export quota license are: corn, coal, coke, tungsten powder and its products, zinc ore, zinc and zinc-based alloys, tin ore, tin and tin-based alloys, and paraffin wax. Commodities subject to export quota bidding are: silicon carbide, fluorite lumps (powder), talc lumps (powder), light (heavy) burnt magnesium and so on. Commodities subject to export license management are: heavy water, ozone-depleting substances, monitoring chemicals, easy-to-use chemicals, platinum (exported in the form of processing trade), electronic computers and so on.
