If it still doesn't work:
1. Make sure you have Direct 3D (D3D) installed on your computer
Confirm that by clicking Start - Run - type " dxdiag" and then select "display"
There is a DIRECT X function under the display, respectively: Direct 3D and Directdraw AGP texture acceleration
If your D3D is disabled, and enabled is grayed out, then it proves that your computer is not installing Direct 3D.
If your D3D is disabled and enabled is grayed out, it proves that you don't have D3D installed on your computer, and if you do, the start button is clickable
2. How to install D3D:
The computer comes with a driver disk when you buy it. Driver disk open in the file select Lx-VGA, and then go to select the NVIDIA file, and then find an installation file, is setup.exe such is the installation file.
After the installation is complete, restart the computer. But it's not D3D yet, you have to update it.
Right mouse click on: my computer - properties - hard disk - device manager - the Display card - that file there has a question mark on the MS, this question mark is indicating that your version of this file is too low, so you have to update it. Right click - update driver. When this is updated, you'll have D3D and you'll be able to play the game.
If your computer doesn't come with a driver CD-ROM, we recommend that you search the Internet. Enter the keywords "D3D" or "Direct 3D" into the search engine to find some credible downloads, and if they match, install them and you're ready to play.
If you can, please upgrade your DX version to 9.0c or above and use the appropriate graphics card driver for your hard disk
