1. Centrifuge does not discharge slag
1) first check the operation of the water circuit: whether the water holes are blocked, whether the solenoid valve is faulty.
(2) mechanical reasons: a, whether the assembly is normal. b, whether the nylon seal on the drum cover is broken, or whether there are impurities on it. c, whether the 0-shaped seal on the small piston is damaged, deformed, whether the nylon valve pistil is damaged. d, whether the nylon seal on the small piston is damaged, deformed, whether the nylon valve pistol is damaged.
2. drum does not seal
Phenomenon: heavy phase is not water, light and heavy phase when the boot is not oil or water; feed current rises; water and oil from the slag outlet.
Cause: solenoid valve failure or water hole blockage.
Check method: unload the drum, cut off the motor power supply, start the PLC programming, so that the PLC runs for a week, to see whether the sealing water and slag discharge water is normally discharged.
3. out of the water without oil
Process reasons: a, acid price is too high, resulting in too much alkali, soap feet clogging centripetal pumps. b, the oil flow rate is too large. c, too many solid impurities in the oil gross.
Treatment: reduce oil flow; two deacidification; gross oil filtration to reduce solid impurities.
4. out of the oil is not out of the soap foot (light and heavy phase is not separated)
Phenomenon: off the soap from the machine is not soap, soap foot into the water washing centrifuge.
Treatment: reduce production, increase the separation temperature; dismantle the centrifuge to clean the disk, or gross oil filtration and then deacidification.
Precautions: de-soaping separation is not normal, it is strictly prohibited to enter the next process, so as to avoid the soap foot clogging water washing centrifuge.
5. sound abnormal, noise, vibration crack high
Reason: the last shutdown, the residue is not completely discharged; machine internal friction.
Treatment: shut down a few more slag, should be disassembled and cleaned after stopping; check and replace the cross bearing bearings; check the vertical shaft spring is worn; adjust the drum height.
6. slag running oil
Reason: operating water pressure is too high; slag time is too long; gross oil quality is too poor.
Treatment: adjust the operating water pressure to 0.2-0.25, shorten the slag time.
Precautions: dirty oil should increase the number of slagging, as long as possible slagging time, but longer slagging time to the limit of not running oil.
7. Water washing centrifuge grease emulsification
Reason: improper regulation of temperature and other process parameters; improper operation.
Treatment: adjust the oil temperature and water temperature; oil must be stabilized when entering the oil before heating water washing.
8. chaotic slag
Phenomenon; not to the slag time on the slag, and several consecutive rows, run the oil, the current rises at the same time.
Reason: operation of the water inlet hole is blocked by sludge and impurities, sealing water into the slagging water.
Treatment; check the solenoid valve, clean the water inlet hole.
