Third, Party B can serve as Party A's internship, employment base, regularly receive Party A's student internships, when there is a demand for labor, such as Party A's students meet the recruitment conditions, Party B can give priority to hire Party A students.

V. Party B shall provide the necessary working, living, learning, health and cultural entertainment conditions for Party A's students and guarantee the personal safety of the employees.
