What are the general requirements for insulation resistance of electrical appliances? How much voltage does the test result need? Ask for advice!

The higher the insulation resistance of electrical appliances, the better! The general requirement is 1KV/ 1mω, but it is generally less than 0.5MΩ.

The test voltage is usually close to the rated voltage. For 220V electrical appliances, the test voltage of 250V is generally adopted (250V shaking table or shaking table 250V gear), and higher voltage gear, such as 500V gear, can also be adopted. However, be careful not to cause electrical insulation breakdown.
