1, the rights of medical personnel

(7) the right to democratic management: the medical, preventive, and health care work and the work of the health administrative department to put forward opinions and suggestions, and to participate in the democratic management of the organization in accordance with the law.
2. Obligations of medical personnel
(1) the obligation to comply with laws and regulations and technical operation norms: the minimum requirements of medical ethics;
(2) the obligation to truthfully record and properly store cases: a fundamental guarantee to ensure that the provision of high-quality medical care for the patient;
(3) the obligation to truthfully inform and explain;
(4) the obligation to rescue and referral obligations;
(5) the obligation to protect the privacy of patients.

Practicing physicians fulfill the following obligations:
(1) to abide by the laws and regulations, and to comply with the standards of technical operation;
(2) to establish a spirit of dedication, to abide by the ethics of the profession, to fulfill the duties of the physician, and to do their best to serve the patients;
(3) Care, love and respect for patients, protect the privacy of patients;
(4) Efforts to study the business, update knowledge, and improve professional and technical skills;
(5) publicize health care knowledge, and health education for patients.
