The hospital owns conventional medical equipments, many advanced operating microscopes, electromyography evoked potentials instrument, 500mAX wire machine, imported ultrasound, laboratory equipments, advanced laparoscopes, intervertebral discoscopes, knee arthroscopes and wrist arthroscopes, and has set up the hand microsurgery center; the spine and joint surgery center; the endoscopy center and the rehabilitation treatment center; and has established the first hand surgery research institute in Southwest China - Chengdu New Modern Hand Surgery Research Institute, which is approved by the Science and Technology Bureau of Chengdu and the Civil Affairs Bureau of the People's Government. The first hand surgery institute in Southwest China, Chengdu New Modern Hand Surgery Institute, was approved by Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau and Civil Affairs Bureau.
