(2) basic conditions

Four, the requirements of the construction of specialties

District health administrative departments should actively coordinate with the relevant departments to create a favorable policy environment for the construction of specialty departments in primary health care institutions. Districts should seriously do a good job of organizing the specialty department services of primary medical and health care institutions, and conduct in-depth research on the problems and difficulties in the construction of specialty departments, so as to create good conditions for the smooth progress of the work.
