Generally four people a room, are the same class live together, my time is according to the freshman enrollment in the order of precedence. It's a bit of a hassle to change rooms through the property company, but it's not a big deal if you're just switching with your own class or the room next door.
There are no water or electricity outages.
The dormitories close at 10:00 Sunday through Thursday, and at 11:00 on Friday and Saturday.
Freshmen are not allowed to live outside, sophomores and juniors can apply but it's hard.
