Composition and application

The special part of foam fire truck consists of liquid tank, pump house, equipment box, power output and transmission system, pipeline system and electrical system.

Foam fire truck is suitable for urban public security fire brigade, petrochemical industry, factories and mines, forests, ports, docks and other departments. 1. Preparation before fire engine operation

1. Check the lubricating oil level in the bearing housing and oil suction pump, and replenish it if it is insufficient.

2. Close all drain cocks and valves.

2. Fire engine water diversion and water injection

1. When using the water in the pond, remove the straw, one end of which is connected to the suction port of the pump, and the other end is connected to the water filter, and put it into the pond. Close the inlet butterfly valve, open the water diversion valve and fill the water tank.

2. When using the water from the fire hydrant, connect the fire hydrant with the water injection interface outside the water tank with the water belt, and directly inject the water into the water tank.

3. The fire truck comes out of the water

When the fire truck uses the water in the water tank, open the butterfly valve at the rear water inlet and start the fire pump, and then do the following:

1. Low pressure water outlet

After the fire pump works, open the low-pressure water outlet ball valve to realize low-pressure water outlet.

2. Water from the cannon

During low-pressure operation, close the low-pressure water outlet ball valve and open the water gun ball valve to realize fire extinguishing.

Four. Precautionary measures for fire engines

1. After the water pump of the fire truck is used, turn on all the remaining water switches on the water pump and discharge the remaining water in the water pump. After the remaining water is drained, turn off all switches to prevent freezing and use it next time.

2. After seawater, sewage, corrosive water and foam mixture are used in the pump, clean water should be used to run for more than 1 min to clean the residual liquid in the pump.

3. Regularly check the lubrication in the bearing, and if it is lower than the oil level, supplement it.

4. After using the fire pump of the fire truck in winter, run the piston pump several times to drain the residual water in the piston pump to prevent freezing.

5. The water pump is strictly prohibited from idling without water for a long time (1 min or more).
