Autonomous Crash Assistance

An OnStar Customer Service Advisor will establish a top priority call with you and confirm the safety of you and other passengers. If you are unable to answer, the OnStar Customer Service Advisor will initiate contact with the public ****emergency assistance service at the location of the incident so that an ambulance, fire truck, police car or other emergency assistance service vehicle and personnel can immediately arrive at the location of the incident.
