Based on the provisions of the relevant laws of China, the bidder has a maximum bidding price, shall specify in the bidding documents the maximum bidding price or the calculation method of the maximum bidding price. The bidder shall not stipulate the minimum bidding limit price.
The intermediary organization entrusted with the preparation of the bidding shall not participate in the bidding of the project entrusted with the preparation of the bidding, and shall not prepare the bidding documents for the bidder of the project or provide advice.
