The focus of quality management is to establish a comprehensive quality management system in the laboratory, and its core is the standardization of testing, standardization and traceability of values. It is the guarantee of the accuracy of the experimental report and an important condition to improve the competitiveness of the department. In order to ensure the quality of the experimental results, it is necessary to control the whole process of the experiment, so that all factors and links that may affect the results are in a controlled state, and the test results are always reliable. At present, except for the establishment and implementation of a comprehensive quality control system, other departments of PCR laboratory are not perfect. In the next few years, we plan to start from the following aspects:

Five, optimize the internal structure of the department, do a good job in the construction of talent echelon.

Laboratory physicians and ward physicians should communicate frequently during ward rounds and consultations, understand and solve existing problems in time, and coordinate with each other.
2. Set up biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory, cell biology laboratory, immunology laboratory and animal laboratory around the main direction of the department.

Undergraduate students should have a provincial paper or an article to participate in provincial conferences and exchanges every year after graduation, and all departments should write a summary of the current situation and progress of their major, which should be combined with promotion of professional titles.

Can gain the trust of government management departments, laboratory users and customers, so as to have the opportunity to undertake the work entrusted by the government and customers; Can show a good organizational image and meet the requirements of social judicial work, such as providing services for the judicial department; We can get more cooperation opportunities with advanced quality management system, such as providing test results support for product certification. In addition, because laboratory accreditation has become an international activity, it is usually carried out under the authorization of the national government. Through the work of accreditation bodies, accredited laboratories can be widely publicized and recognized, such as being included in the list of accredited laboratories regularly published by accreditation bodies at home and abroad. It can be recognized through the international mutual recognition agreement signed by the accreditation body, which is more important for laboratories that have the opportunity to undertake foreign inspection and scientific research tasks.
