In order to carry out the orientation work with "enthusiasm, speed, quality and efficiency", according to the admission schedule, our school implements online registration for undergraduate freshmen, on-site registration for junior college freshmen, and online payment for all undergraduate and junior college students.
1. Candidates should go to the school on September 7 to complete the registration procedures with the "Admission Notice". The registration time is 1 days. If you are unable to register on time for some reason, please write a letter or call to explain the reasons. If you fail to register two weeks after the deadline, your admission qualification will be canceled according to relevant regulations.
2. The relocation of household registration shall be done on a voluntary basis. Candidates who voluntarily transfer their household registration should go to the local police station to go through the household registration transfer procedures with the "Admission Notice". The names on the household registration transfer certificate, resident ID card, and "Admission Notice" must be the same; the date of birth in the household registration transfer certificate must be consistent with the ID number of the individual. The nature of the household registration (agricultural or non-agricultural) must be indicated on the household registration transfer certificate. 2. Accommodation fee: According to the conditions of the dormitory, the accommodation fee (including air conditioning fee) is divided into three categories: 580 yuan/year, 880 yuan/year, and 1320 yuan/year. New students who have implemented online registration can pay accommodation fees according to their choice of accommodation and beds; for freshmen who have not implemented online registration or whose online registration has not been successful, the accommodation fee will be collected in advance at the standard of 0 + 320 yuan (this prepayment does not involve the reservation of accommodation and beds). After school, more refunds and less compensation will be made based on actual accommodation conditions.
3. Charges and service charges:
Pre-charge for teaching materials: 800 yuan.
Student medical insurance premium: The medical insurance premium for full-time college students in Wuhan is 60 yuan/year (required item), and the student Ping An medical insurance premium is 30 yuan/year (voluntary). (Note: In order to provide students with maximum medical protection while in school, it is recommended that students purchase two medical insurances. Apartment supplies and cleaning fee: 343.9 yuan for a set of apartment supplies (including 1 pieces of quilt cover and cushion lining, 2 pieces each of quilt cover, bed sheet, and pillowcase, 1 pieces each of mosquito net, pillow core, and cushion cover, cup, 1 bowls, spoons, water bottles, washbasins, buckets, and supply bags each). The total cleaning fee for apartment supplies is RMB 200 for undergraduate students (four years) and RMB 150 for junior college students (three years). The above-mentioned apartment supplies are provided by manufacturers shortlisted for bidding by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education. They have been inspected by the Hubei Provincial Fiber Inspection Bureau and purchased through school bidding. The prices are lower than those in Wuhan supermarkets, and the quality and service are guaranteed. Students can voluntarily choose to purchase apartment supplies. In principle, cleaning fees should be paid when purchasing apartment supplies.
Military training clothing fee for undergraduate students: 120 yuan/student.
Physical examination fee for freshmen: 35 yuan/student.
Campus card pre-deposit: 100 yuan/student. The campus card has the all-in-one card function of "using the card as a token and using the card as a certificate".
