Pipe extrusion molding, should be according to the pipe production specifications to select the appropriate extruder specifications, which can ensure product quality and reasonable use of the extruder. Large size extruder production of smaller diameter plastic pipe, both increase the manufacturing cost of pipe, and waste of energy. Small size extruder production of larger diameter pipe, the difficulty increases, the material is not dense, quality is not guaranteed, and accelerate the wear and tear of equipment. Should be different specifications of the extruder applied to the production of different diameter size pipe, generally for single-screw extruder, extrusion pipe diameter is slightly smaller than the screw diameter, the best results. But it is not absolute, because the structure of the screw, extrusion output, process conditions, materials, cooling conditions, etc. will affect the pipe extrusion.
