(Order No.88 of Jilin Provincial People's Government on December 31, 1997)
According to the requirements of Article 64 of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, the provincial government has comprehensively cleaned up the government regulations and normative documents containing administrative punishment issued or approved by the provincial government since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Through discussion at the 63rd executive meeting of the provincial government on December 24, 1997, it was decided to abolish 84 regulations and 17 normative documents in the attached catalogue.
this decision shall come into force as of January 1, 1998.
