The bacteriological laboratory is a place where bacteriological experiments are performed. Inoculation of specimens, culture, isolation, identification and drug sensitivity tests are done here. So the bacteriological room should fulfill certain conditions.
1. The bacteriological room must be installed tight doors and windows to prevent the indoor environment from external pollution. And the indoor fan is prohibited to avoid the spread of bacteria.
2. Bacteria room must be installed for air disinfection of ultraviolet lamps, placed in the operating table above the lm, every day before the start of work irradiation 20min. its disinfection effect should be checked regularly, and timely replacement of failed lamps.
3. The room should be equipped with disinfectant medical education network finishing agent, for the test occurs when the bacterial liquid spilled in a timely manner disinfection. At the same time should also be available for staff to dip their hands with disinfectant water basin, soap and tap water source.
4. Indoor operating table must be scrubbed daily with disinfectant, the ground at least once a week with disinfectant scrubbing.
5. Received specimens, sterile instruments, used items should be clearly separated and placed in a designated location. At the same time, used items should be sterilized in a timely manner.
6. The bacteriological room should be equipped with air-conditioners according to the local temperature characteristics, in order to be suitable for bacteriological experimental work. At the same time the room should be set up with necessary fire fighting equipment.
Aseptic room is generally 4 - 5 square meters, 2.5 meters high, independent small room (isolated from the outside), dedicated to the microbiology laboratory, can be constructed of sheet metal and glass. A buffer room should be set up outside the aseptic room, staggered door direction, so as to avoid airflow into the stray bacteria. Both the sterile room and the buffer room must be airtight, and the air exchange equipment in the room must have air filtration devices. After obtaining a sterile environment and sterile materials, only to maintain aseptic state, in order to carry out research on a particular known microorganisms.
