Local health authorities at or above the county level are responsible for the supervision and management of occupational health inspection in their jurisdictions; combined with the actual needs of occupational disease prevention and treatment, make full use of the existing resources, unified planning, rational layout; strengthen the capacity building of occupational health inspection organizations, and provide the necessary security conditions. Chapter II Occupational Health Inspection Organization Article 4 medical and health institutions to carry out occupational health inspection, should be carried out within 15 working days from the date of the provincial health department for the record. Provincial health authorities shall promptly announce to the community the list of health care institutions for the record, address, inspection categories and projects and other relevant information, and inform the health care authorities to issue their "medical practice license". The health care authority that issued its License to Practice in Medical Institutions shall note the information on inspection categories and items in the remarks column of the copy of the License to Practice in Medical Institutions of the institution. Article 5 A medical and healthcare institution that undertakes occupational health inspection (hereinafter referred to as an occupational health inspection institution) shall have the following conditions:
(1) Holding a Practice Permit for Medical Institutions, and if it involves a radiological inspection project, it shall also hold a License for Radiological Diagnosis and Treatment;
(2) having a corresponding place for occupational health inspections, a place for waiting for inspections and inspection rooms, with a total floor area of not less than 400 square meters, each independent examination room using an area of not less than 6 square meters;
(c) with the record to carry out occupational health inspection categories and projects appropriate licensed physicians, nurses and other medical and health care technicians;
(d) at least one licensed physician to obtain qualifications for the diagnosis of occupational diseases;
(e) with the record to carry out occupational health inspection categories and projects appropriate (E) has with the record to carry out occupational health inspection categories and projects appropriate instruments, equipment, with the corresponding occupational health biomonitoring capacity; to carry out out occupational health inspections, should have the appropriate occupational health inspection instruments, equipment, special vehicles and other conditions;
(F) the establishment of occupational health inspection quality management system;
(VII) with occupational health inspection information report corresponding conditions.
Medical and health institutions for the record of occupational health inspection, shall submit relevant information to prove that it meets the above conditions. Article 6 The medical and health institutions conducting occupational health examinations shall bear full legal responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy and legality of the filed occupational health examination information.
When the filed information changes, the occupational health inspection organization should be submitted within 10 working days from the date of the change in information to change the information. Article 7 The occupational health inspection agency has the following duties:
(1) within the scope of the categories and items of occupational health inspection carried out for the record, carry out occupational health inspection work in accordance with the law and issue occupational health inspection reports;
(2) fulfill the obligation of notification and reporting of suspected occupational diseases;
(3) report the information of occupational health inspection;
(4) ) regularly report to the competent health authorities on the work of occupational health inspection, including the work of outbound occupational health inspection;
(e) carry out publicity and education on the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases;
(f) undertake other work assigned by the competent health authorities. Article 8 The occupational health inspection organization shall designate the examining physician. The attending physician shall have the following conditions:
(a) have a practicing physician's certificate;
(b) have intermediate or higher professional and technical qualifications;
(c) have qualifications for diagnosis of occupational diseases;
(d) engaged in occupational health inspection related work for more than three years, familiar with occupational health and occupational disease diagnosis related standards.
The examining physician is responsible for determining the occupational health examination items and cycles, conducting quality control of the occupational health examination process, and reviewing the occupational health examination report. Article 9 The occupational health examination organization and its staff shall care for and love the workers, respect and protect the workers' right to know and personal privacy. Article 10 The provincial health department shall designate an agency responsible for the quality control management of occupational health inspection agencies within its jurisdiction, and organize and carry out inter-laboratory comparison and quality assessment of occupational health inspection.

Chapter III Occupational Health Inspection Specifications Article 11 According to the occupational disease hazards that workers are exposed to, occupational health inspection is divided into the following six categories:
(a) exposure to dust;
(b) exposure to chemical factors;
(c) exposure to physical factors;
(d) exposure to biological factors;
(e) exposure to radioactive factors (v) exposure to radioactive factors;
(vi) other categories (special operations, etc.).
Each of the above categories contains different inspection items. Occupational health inspection organizations should carry out the appropriate occupational health inspection within the scope of the inspection categories and items on file.
