3, Processing Trade Supervision Section and its main responsibilities
1. Audit paper manuals, electronic books, electronic manuals for the record, change, write-off documents and electronic data .
2. Collecting deposits or bank guarantees.
3. Printing, issuing, and bond ledger registration, change, and write-off contact sheets.
4. Carry out risk identification and put forward pre-inspection and verification requirements.
5. Issuance of Processing Trade Manual, Approval Form for Off-site Processing Trade, and Registration Form for Auxiliary Materials.
6. Closing of the handbook, the issuance of the "Notice of Closing of Write-off".
7. Audit the internal sales tax, deep processing carry-over applications, outward processing applications, residual material carry-over related documents.
8. Issuance of "Contact Sheet for Taxation on Domestic Sales of Processing Trade Goods", "Application Form for Carry-over of Bonded Goods for Processing Trade", "Contact Sheet for Carry-over of Remaining Materials for Processing Trade", "Application Form for Approval of Outward Processing of Processing Trade Goods".
9. Audit of processing trade enterprises networking supervision qualifications .

4, Supervision and Technology Section and its main responsibilities
1. Acceptance of the jurisdiction of the Customs clearance enterprise registration license, enterprise classification management, integrity of the enterprise application and preliminary examination and reporting, customs clearance unit registration, customs broker registration and integrity of the enterprise customer contact work.
2. Responsible for the organization and implementation of customs broker qualification unified examination, training and assessment.
3. Responsible for the registration of vehicles and drivers in the territory of the highway transportation of goods under customs supervision and transportation enterprises, annual review, change, cancellation, training, and electronic data and related certificates issued, maintenance.
4. Acceptance of supervision of registration, change, continuation, cancellation and other business, the preparation and issuance of legal instruments related to administrative licensing, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the supervision of the premises.
5. Responsible for risk information collection and submission, review, processing, disposal, risk identification and disposal and special risk analysis.
6. Accept applications for the establishment of bonded warehouses in the jurisdiction, for registration and filing procedures, and is responsible for the approval of goods in and out of bonded warehouses and daily supervision.

V. Inspection Section and its main responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation of import and export enterprises under the jurisdiction of the routine, special, verification inspections and trade investigations.
2. According to the Customs Clearance Section directives to implement duty-free equipment pre-inspection.
3. According to the instructions of the Processing Trade Supervision Section, it implements pre-processing trade factory inspection and factory verification.
4. Responsible for the investigation, trial, transfer and reporting of suspected smuggling and violation cases under the jurisdiction, responsible for the contact and cooperation between the inspection and anti-smuggling departments, and handling the relevant cases for investigation.
5. It is responsible for handling the formalities of duty-free equipment carry-over, off-site supervision, mortgage, etc., handling the formalities related to the release of duty-free equipment from supervision, bankruptcy and liquidation, and carrying out the follow-up verification of duty-free equipment within the supervisory period.
6. Responsible for the implementation of import and export goods inspection, sampling and inspection.
7. Undertake other field operations.
